EPCO Services Inc. (EPCO) was established in March of 2005 by personnel that have been in the Dimensional Control surveying industry for many years prior to forming EPCO.

EPCO became a leading Accuracy Measurement (Dimensional Control), Piping Design, Laser Scanning, and Consulting Services company providing services throughout Canada and Abroad.  Key personnel have 200+ years of experience in combined services, with 100+ years of experience directly related to Dimensional Control and Construction Support.

With offices in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, EPCO provides a diverse range of services to the heavy industrial Sectors, offshore and onshore, and maintains a regular staff of approximately 14 personnel.  All personnel are local to each office.

EPCO maintains a Health Safety & Environmental Management System that meets the requirements of OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.

An integrated management system has been developed and implemented by the management and staff of EPCO in conformance with ISO 9001:2008, Quality Management System Requirements and OHSAS 18001:2007, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems Requirements.


EPCO Services Inc. (ESI) is a Precise Surveying Measurement/Engineering Company incorporated in March, 2005 with Canadian based offices in St. John’s, NL and Halifax, NS.

ESI provides Industrial Surveying and Engineering services to clients throughout North America and abroad for onshore and offshore installations.

Our experienced personnel use the latest surveying/laser technology for creating 3D CAD models with Sub-millimeter accuracy of existing and replacement equipment. This provides a cost effective solution to all your measurement and design needs.
